Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at cs@wisefolk.co. Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense and include a tracking number, which must be provided to us upon shipment. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs for returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email clear photos of the item and its packaging to cs@wisefolk.co. Be sure to include your order number, the date the order was placed, and the email address associated with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from return eligibility. These include, but are not limited to:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty or grooming items)
Used or applied stickers
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out to us with any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on digital downloads/ products/assets, sale items or gift cards, and we are unable to reimburse any discount codes or coupons used during the original purchase.

Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

International Orders – European Union Customers

We may, at our discretion, fulfill orders to countries within the European Union. Pursuant to applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers in the EU are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal (“cooling-off”) period. This permits cancellation or the return of an order within 14 days of delivery. All returns must comply with our standard return policy, including condition requirements, and must be shipped to the designated return center(s) as instructed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please be aware that processing times by your bank or credit card provider may affect when the funds are reflected in your account.
